Sign in

How to sign in to Cloud Control and understand what happens when multi-factor authentication or single sign-on is enabled.

The console lives behind a sign-in page; this public documentation site does not. To use the product you either sign in to an existing organization or register a new one.

Real data only — no demo account

Cloud Control runs only real environments; there is no shared demo login. Register your own organization — it starts with an empty console and a Connect a cloud account call-to-action until you connect your first account.

Signing in

  1. Open the console

    Click Open the console → in the top bar of these docs, or go to /login.

  2. Enter your email and password

    Use the credentials for your own account.

  3. Complete MFA if enabled

    If your account has multi-factor authentication, you are asked for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app (or a recovery code). See Multi-factor authentication.

  4. Land on your dashboard

    A successful sign-in sets an httpOnly session cookie and redirects you to /dashboard.

Single sign-on

If your organization has configured OIDC single sign-on, you can sign in with your work email and be redirected to your identity provider instead of typing a password. New users are provisioned automatically on first login with the organization's default role.

Trouble signing in

Cloud Control never tells you whether an email exists — a wrong email and a wrong password produce the identical message. After five failed attempts for the same email, sign-in is locked for 15 minutes (see Login protection). If you have forgotten your password, use Password reset. More in Troubleshooting.
